15th Century Manor House, Gloucestershire.

This private property is a Grade II listed manor house, outside of Gloucester in the West of England, that dates from the 15th, 17th and early 20th centuries.

The original section of the house was probably constructed around 1480, with other additions in 1926 and 1928.

During 2018 and 2019, further substantial upgrade and restoration of the Manor took place.

Glenhurst designed, supplied and installed a comprehensive and complete mechanical services installation. An oil-fired boiler system was installed, incorporating H&CWS equipment, cold water booster set and pumps, controls etc.  Serving the whole Manor and converted stables, are pre-insulated underground distribution mains, from the newly created boilerhouse within the existing garage block, rising to various entry points into the Manor.

The period cast iron radiators used throughout the Manor, are a variety of original products, stripped, re-built, tested and finished in powder coated colours, to the Clients choice.

The output of the LPHW system is designed to be converted at a later date, to ground source heat pumps, as future proofing and for more economical running costs.

For Client discretion Glenhurst refrain from identifying many specific Contracts.
